FAQs

  • Yes! at Emerald Hills International Montessori, we are committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

We welcome students with diverse learning and physical needs and abilities, and in many cases, we are able to make the necessary accommodations to ensure they thrive in our school community. Our approach is rooted in play-based, child-centered learning, which naturally supports a wide range of developmental styles.

That said, we also recognize that every child is unique. For children with more complex or intensive support needs, we’ll work closely with families to understand how we can best serve them. If we feel that a child may need services beyond what we can currently provide, we’ll offer guidance and support in finding the most suitable environment or support within our school.

Our goal is always to partner with families to ensure each child is in a setting where they feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow.

  • We currently accept children between the ages of 16 months to 6 years old, focusing on the preschool years when early learning, play, and social development are most foundational.

Our vision is to grow with our community and continue offering high-quality, child-centered education across more developmental stages. We have an established Senior Montessori Advanced Class for students who have gone through our preschool program and wish to continue with their Montessori education.

If you have a child slightly outside this age range, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to discuss upcoming opportunities or possible exceptions based on readiness and availability.

  • Yes! All meals and snacks are included in our full day tuition. Half day students receive a morning snack.

We provide nutritious, balanced meals each day, carefully planned to support healthy growth and development during these crucial early years. Our menu emphasizes fresh, whole foods and is designed with young children in mind, including options for picky eaters and gentle encouragement to explore new tastes.

We understand that proper nutrition fuels both learning and emotional well-being, so we make mealtimes a positive, nurturing part of the day. If your child has dietary restrictions or allergies, we’re happy to work with you to ensure their needs are met safely and joyfully.
